Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.
2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
BAYEMEYC ships internationally to eligible destinations made available at checkout.
Shipping availability may vary depending on destination, carrier availability, customs restrictions, product restrictions, or other operational considerations.
If we are unable to ship an order to the address provided, we will contact you and issue an applicable refund if the order cannot be fulfilled.
3. FREE SHIPPING
BAYEMEYC offers complimentary shipping on all orders placed through our global online store to eligible destinations available at checkout.
There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free shipping unless otherwise expressly stated on our website.
Free shipping covers the transportation cost of your order to the delivery address provided at checkout.
For orders delivered to the United States, applicable customs duties and import charges are also covered by BAYEMEYC, as further explained in Section 4 of this Shipping Policy.
For destinations outside the United States, free shipping does not necessarily include local customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other governmental charges unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
4. ORDERS TO THE UNITED STATES
For orders delivered to an address within the United States, applicable customs duties and import charges associated with importing your BAYEMEYC order are covered by BAYEMEYC.
Customers in the United States will not be required to pay additional customs duties or import fees upon delivery in connection with the importation of their order.
If a shipping carrier or customs authority unexpectedly requests payment of customs duties or import charges for a U.S. order, please contact BAYEMEYC Customer Service before making payment so that we can assist you.
Applicable sales tax is separate from customs duties and may be calculated and collected at checkout where required by applicable state or local law.
5. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES
Orders delivered outside the United States may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage charges, or other governmental fees depending on the destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
BAYEMEYC does not control customs charges imposed by destination countries and cannot predict their amount.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered from BAYEMEYC may lawfully be imported into their destination country.
6. DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

7. ORDER TRACKING
Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after the order has been dispatched.
Tracking information may take some time to become active after shipment.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment and ensuring that delivery can be accepted at the address provided.
8. CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections or clearance procedures.
Customers may occasionally be asked by the carrier or customs authority to provide additional information required for clearance.
Failure to provide requested information may result in delay, return, or cancellation of the shipment.
For U.S. orders, BAYEMEYC covers applicable customs duties and import charges as described above.
For other destinations, the recipient remains responsible for applicable customs obligations unless expressly stated otherwise.
9. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned because the customer fails to complete necessary delivery or customs procedures, applicable return shipping costs or other charges may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.
This provision does not affect mandatory consumer rights.
11. LOST SHIPMENTS
If your tracking information indicates that your order has not been delivered within a reasonable period, please contact us.
We may investigate the shipment with the applicable carrier.
Where a shipment is confirmed as lost, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the order.
Please do not submit multiple claims to both BAYEMEYC and the carrier for the same shipment unless requested.
12. DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the external packaging before opening it where reasonably possible.
If the product itself has been damaged during transportation, contact us promptly and provide:

We will review the claim and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.
13. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
An order may be considered delivered where carrier tracking confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, building reception, neighbors, or other secure delivery locations where appropriate.
If the shipment still cannot be located, contact us so we can assist with a carrier investigation.
14. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Certain destinations or products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to carrier policies, customs requirements, sanctions, legal restrictions, or operational limitations.
We reserve the right to cancel an order that cannot lawfully or reasonably be shipped to the requested destination.
If an order is cancelled for this reason after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
