BAYEMEYC designs and sells jewelry and related accessories.

We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products as accurately as possible, including their colors, dimensions, materials, finishes, stones, pearls, plating, and other characteristics.

However, the appearance of products may vary slightly due to photography, lighting conditions, screen settings, production processes, and the individual characteristics of natural materials.

Natural stones, pearls, and similar materials may feature variations in color, shape, size, surface, texture, or pattern. Such natural variations are part of the individual character of these materials and are not necessarily considered defects.

Measurements and dimensions shown on product pages are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.

The material composition and specifications applicable to each product are described on the relevant product page.

3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, limit, or change products or available quantities at any time, subject to applicable law.

Adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve that product.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we may cancel the affected item or order and issue a refund for the applicable amount.

4. ORDERS

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms.

Receipt of an automated order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.

Where permitted by applicable law, we reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

6. TAXES, CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT CHARGES

Orders Delivered to the United States

For orders delivered to an address within the United States, applicable customs duties and import charges associated with importing your BAYEMEYC order are covered by BAYEMEYC.

Customers in the United States will not be required to pay additional customs duties or import fees upon delivery in connection with the importation of their order.

If a carrier or customs authority unexpectedly requests payment of customs duties or import charges for a U.S. order, please contact BAYEMEYC Customer Service before making any payment so that we can assist you.

Applicable sales tax is separate from customs duties and import charges and may be calculated and collected at checkout where required by applicable state or local law.

Orders Delivered Outside the United States

Orders delivered outside the United States may be subject to local taxes, customs duties, import fees, brokerage charges, or other governmental charges depending on the destination country.

Where duties and taxes are expressly stated as included or collected at checkout, BAYEMEYC will collect or cover the relevant amount as indicated.

Where such charges are not collected or expressly stated as included at checkout, the recipient may be responsible for paying them directly to the relevant customs authority, government agency, or shipping carrier.

Customs regulations vary by country. Customers are responsible for reviewing any applicable import requirements in their destination country before placing an order.

BAYEMEYC is not responsible for customs clearance delays that are outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights or disclosure requirements under applicable law.

7. PAYMENT

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

Payments may be processed by Shopify Payments or other third-party payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us and our payment providers to charge the total amount displayed at checkout.

We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available in every country, currency, or transaction.

All payment transactions may be subject to authorization and fraud-prevention checks.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are shipped according to the estimated processing and delivery information provided on our website, product pages, checkout, or Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed.

To help preserve your jewelry, we generally recommend avoiding unnecessary contact with water, perfumes, lotions, chemicals, cleaning products, and other substances that may affect plated surfaces, stones, pearls, or other materials.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper storage, improper use, exposure to chemicals, or failure to follow reasonable care instructions may not constitute a manufacturing defect.

Nothing in this section excludes liability for defects or lack of conformity where such liability cannot legally be excluded.

12. WARRANTY AND STATUTORY RIGHTS

Where BAYEMEYC offers a voluntary commercial warranty, the applicable duration, conditions, and exclusions will be stated in the relevant warranty terms or product information.

A commercial warranty provided by BAYEMEYC is additional to, and does not replace or reduce, any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

Customers located in jurisdictions that provide mandatory legal guarantees or remedies for defective or non-conforming products remain entitled to those protections.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content made available through the BAYEMEYC website, including but not limited to:

• BAYEMEYC trademarks and logos;

• Brand names;

• Product names;

• Jewelry designs;

• Photographs;

• Videos;

• Graphics;

• Artwork;

• Written content;

• Website design;

• Campaign materials; and

• Other creative content

is owned by or licensed to BAYEMEYC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
